For these situations, Kömmerling 76 Unity with REGEL-air 76 offers a solution for automatic air exchange. The ventilation system ensures continuous fresh air circulation even when the windows are closed, thereby helping to maintain a comfortable indoor climate.

Controlled air exchange whilst minimising heat loss – this is the balance to be achieved. As the window ventilator does not significantly alter the window’s heat transfer coefficient, the window’s thermal properties are preserved. At the same time, REGEL-air 76 can help protect against damp and preserve the building fabric. With REGEL-air 76 integrated into Kömmerling 76 Unity, both aspects are combined fully automatically, without the need for an additional power source or extra effort to operate.

REGEL-air 76 features a two-stage wind pressure control system and a spring-loaded return mechanism that operates without electricity. This enables controlled air exchange. At the same time, the system is easy to clean. The ventilation system can be integrated into the window both horizontally and vertically without compromising the building fabric.
