Kömmerling AluClip Plus combines the technical performance of modern PVC-U systems with the high-quality appearance of an aluminium cladding - for windows and door systems that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also score points in terms of processing.
The system is based on the proven PVC geometries of the Kömmerling 76 and 88 platforms (double seal, centre seal, residential doors) and thus offers a standardised, economical solution without a separate system platform. The integration of the seals in the extrusion process eliminates the need for manual insertion, which significantly speeds up and simplifies production. The aluminium facing shell is mounted on floating bearings - thermal linear expansion is reliably compensated without impairing the function or appearance. The 45° mitre in the frame and sash profiles creates precise, modern lines with a reduced visible joint.
Easy to install and flexible:
Thanks to tolerance-compensating brackets (without screws) and well thought-out detailed solutions, the system is particularly easy to install. It is not necessary to penetrate the aluminium shell for water drainage - drainage takes place safely and gently behind it. The welded corner connectors of the front door variant also ensure high process reliability, particularly for larger sash dimensions and burglar-resistant versions up to RC 2.

AluClip Plus can be fully integrated into standard production lines. Simplified assembly, reduced storage and optimised cycle times increase efficiency in production and minimise effort and complexity in production and logistics.
Technically convincing:
With installation depths of 76 mm (windows/doors) and 88 mm (windows/doors) and 6-chamber technology, the systems achieve good insulation values. The constructions are designed for glazing thicknesses of up to 60 mm (residential doors) or 60 mm (windows), including triple glazing and functional glazing.
Suitable for retrofitting:
Existing window and door systems made from Kömmerling 76 double seal or centre seal as well as 88 can be upgraded in a targeted manner by using AluClip Plus - both functionally and visually.
