The Kömmerling PremiStep 20 is an insert threshold for door and window elements when a barrier-free transition with a low installation height is required. It is designed to be easily integrated into production and does not require any additional installation steps on site – flexible and efficient. The greatest advantages over a conventional threshold are found in doors with fixed side panels.
The surrounding frame supports a stable construction and contributes to a higher level of sealing. The connection to the building structure is also designed for practical implementation – e.g. for connections to terrace coverings or in combination with a façade gutter.
The Kömmerling PremiStep 20 is fitting-independent and designed for various system variants – 76 AD, 76 MD and 88 MD. In addition, Kömmerling floor mounting and extension profiles can be easily integrated and sealed. This creates a low threshold area that fits very well into the overall concept in various projects.
