Kömmerling 76 centre Seal AluClip Plus combines the technical properties of the Kömmerling 76 centre seal PVC-U window system with a modern aluminium cladding. The aluminium surface on the outside allows for a wide range of colour and finish options, whilst the advantages of the PVC-U profile are retained on the inside.
The centre seal system achieves a Uf value of up to 1.1 W/(m²K). Triple glazing and special functional glazing up to 52 mm thick allow for flexible adaptation to varying requirements for thermal and sound insulation. A characteristic feature of AluClip Plus is its modern, clean-lined aluminium appearance with mitred joints.
A particular advantage lies in the structural design of the aluminium cladding. Different cladding face widths allow adaptation to various installation situations and architectural requirements. The prefabricated frame construction facilitates tension-free installation and decouples the PVC-U and aluminium materials. The performance characteristics of the underlying PVC-U window system are retained.
AluClip Plus also offers advantages in terms of installation: the design is based on existing PVC-U geometries with co-extruded seals. Reliable water drainage behind the aluminium cladding, the tolerance-compensating bracket and the floating mounting of the aluminium cladding all contribute to efficient and reliable production.
