Kömmerling 76 double seal AluClip Pro combines a PVC-U window system with an aluminium cladding and an aluminium functional profile. The aluminium functional profile takes on the structural role normally performed by the steel reinforcement in the sash profile. This means that additional steel reinforcement in the sash is not required, provided that the structural requirements allow for this.
The double seal system offers an installation depth of 81.5 mm and achieves a Uf value of up to 1.2 W/(m²K). Glazing depths of up to 52 mm allow for the use of triple glazing as well as special functional glazing. The combination of a PVC-U profile and an aluminium functional profile ensures a stable structure and good thermal insulation properties.
The flush-fitting design with butt-jointed aluminium profiles creates a clean, modern look. A wide range of colour and finish options are available for the external aluminium surface, including anodised and powder-coated finishes. On the inside, the white PCV-U surface provides a discreet and low-maintenance finish.
