The Kömmerling 76 AluClip Zero residential door combines the functional features of a PVC-U residential door system with a high-quality, fully flush aluminium finish. The aluminium cladding offers a wide range of options in terms of colour and finish, whilst the PVC-U profiles on the inside are low-maintenance and functional.
A characteristic feature of AluClip Zero is its flush-fitting, sash-overlapping design. The residential door panel is fixed in a floating manner, allowing for the compensation of different thermal expansions in the materials used. The system thus combines a particularly minimalist, modern appearance with a construction specifically tailored to the material combination.
The inwards-opening residential door system is based on a 76 mm, five-chamber construction. Generously dimensioned steel reinforcements and welded corner connectors support the structural stability of the door sash. The thermally broken threshold and multiple seals contribute to good thermal insulation and airtightness.
A range of pre-finished residential door panels that cover the entire sash, available in various designs, along with numerous colour and finish options, are available for customisation. When combined with appropriate security fittings, burglary resistance up to resistance class RC 2 is achievable.
