Kömmerling 88 centre seal AluClip Pro combines the functional properties of a PVC-U window with a high-quality aluminium finish. The external aluminium functional cladding offers a wide range of colour and finish options, whilst the low-maintenance PVC-U surface is retained on the inside.
A distinctive feature of AluClip Pro is the structurally effective aluminium functional cladding. It takes on the role of the steel reinforcement normally found in the sash, meaning that steel reinforcement is not required there. This results in better thermal insulation. If required, additional steel reinforcement can be fitted within the sash.
The centre seal system has a construction depth of 93.5 mm and achieves a Uf value of 1.0 W/(m²K). Glazing depths of up to 60 mm allow for the use of modern triple glazing and special functional glass. The robust construction also provides an ideal basis for larger window and door units.
A distinctive feature is the linear, semi-offset window design with flush-jointed aluminium profiles. The aluminium cladding can be finished in a wide range of colours and surfaces using techniques such as anodising and powder coating. A thermally broken, accessible threshold solution is also available for balcony doors.
