Kömmerling 88 centre seal AluClip combines the high thermal and sound insulation of a PVC-U window with the durable and highly customisable surface of an aluminium cladding. On the outside, the aluminium cladding ensures a high-quality, modern appearance, whilst on the inside the low-maintenance PVC-U surface is retained.
The centre seal system, featuring an aluminium cladding, has an installation depth of 93.5 mm and achieves a Uf value of 0.93–0.98 W/(m²K). The system thus combines excellent thermal insulation with the design possibilities offered by an aluminium surface.
Glazing thicknesses ranging from 24 to 58 mm allow for the use of modern triple glazing and special functional glass types. At the same time, the robust construction permits generous window areas. The aluminium cladding panels can be finished in a wide range of colours and surfaces using anodising and powder coating.
The linear, staggered design with flush-jointed aluminium profiles lends itself to a modern façade design. The aluminium cladding is weather-resistant, durable and low-maintenance. Thermally broken, accessible threshold solutions are also available for balcony doors.
