Kömmerling 88 centre seal REGEL-air complements the window system with a self-regulating ventilation solution for continuous air exchange whilst the window is closed. The system operates without electricity and ensures a supply of fresh air even when the windows are not actively opened for ventilation.
A two-stage wind pressure control mechanism with a return spring automatically regulates the air exchange. REGEL-air is integrated into the window frame rebate and is therefore not visible from the inside or outside when the window is closed. Depending on the installation situation, the ventilator can be positioned horizontally or vertically.
Continuous air exchange can help to reduce high indoor humidity and support moisture protection. REGEL-air is easy to clean and can also be retrofitted. The system can be used as part of ventilation concepts in accordance with DIN 1946-6 and DIN 18017-3.
