The PVC-U window system Kömmerling 76 centre seal AluClip Plus combines the high thermal and sound insulation of PVC-U with the elegant aluminium look of the facing shell. On the outside, the system impresses with an almost unlimited variety of colours thanks to finishing techniques such as anodising and powder coating, while on the inside the PVC-U profiles offer low maintenance, dimensional stability and high functional reliability.
With six chambers and a construction depth of 76 mm, the centre seal system is particularly energy-efficient and achieves a Uf value of 1.1 W/(m²K). This noticeably reduces CO₂ emissions and lowers energy costs. The construction is designed so that modern triple glazing or special functional glazing up to 52 mm thick can be used without any problems.
The system impresses with its large glass surfaces and slim and stable profiles. It offers perfect sound insulation and increases security thanks to integrated burglary protection. Thanks to weather-resistant materials, easy-care surfaces and modern technology, it is durable and convenient to operate.
The AluClip Plus system is versatile and can be used for house, balcony and patio doors as well as parallel sliding and tilting doors and fulfils the current requirements of modern construction. In addition, both materials are used sparingly during production. The use of lead-free PVC with environmentally friendly calcium/zinc stabilisers ensures ecological production.
