The Kömmerling 88 AluClip Plus residential door system combines the outstanding thermal insulation of a PVC-U profile with the elegant and durable aluminium cladding. With a construction depth of 88 mm and an average UD value of 1.2 W/(m²K), it offers good thermal insulation. The thermally separated, barrier-free entrance door threshold with double seal ensures a high level of tightness and contributes to energy efficiency.
The innovative 6-chamber construction with maximised steel reinforcement and welded corner connectors guarantees high statics and stability. The system enables the use of modern triple glazing, special functional glazing or front door panels up to a thickness of 60 mm. On the outside, the door has an aluminium look with an almost unlimited range of colours thanks to finishing techniques such as anodising or powder coating; on the inside, the profiles are available in neutral white or coloured on request.
Kömmerling 88 residential door AluClip Plus offers flexible opening types, both inwards and outwards, and is suitable for front doors with maximum leaf sizes of 1000 x 2200 mm (single leaf) and 900 x 2200 mm (double leaf). The entrance door also impresses with a high level of burglary protection up to resistance class RC 2.
All PVC-U profiles are manufactured from virgin material with lead-free calcium/zinc stabilisers.
