profine GmbH has a new owner
Troisdorf, 26 April 2012 – profine GmbH, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of PVC-U profiles for windows and doors, has a new owner. The Frankfurt company Hidden Peak Capital has bought up the shares of the former owner, Arcapita Bank BSC of Bahrain. The acquisition is still being examined by the Competition Authorities. This German investment company is run by its owners and makes long term investments above all in small and medium sized enterprises.
